CONFIDENTIALITY/PROPRIETARY INFORMATION AGREEMENT

The Being a Leader and the Effective Exercise of Leadership Course (“Course”) is being presented online beginning January 5, 2020, by Faithmarriott in collaboration with Foundation for Ontological Leadership Education (“Presenters”). [Name of Participant - inserted below] (“Participant”), a participant in the Course, agrees to the following terms and conditions:

CONFIDENTIALITY/PROPRIETARY INFORMATION

In connection with the Course, Presenters will furnish Participant with materials and training which will expose Participant to Presenters’ techniques, principles, methods, concepts or practices, and/or expose Participant to work product and confidential/proprietary information (“Confidential/Proprietary Information”).  Participant understands and agrees that the Confidential/Proprietary Information will be furnished to Participant for Participant’s personal training and development only, and that Participant may not use the Confidential/Proprietary Information for ANY other purpose.  Participant agrees not to record, videotape, copy, post, distribute, attempt to redeliver, repackage, resell, etc. the Confidential/Proprietary Information without the prior written consent of Presenters. Participant agrees that Presenters have been licensed to provide the Confidential/Proprietary Information in the Course, and agrees no license or other rights thereto has been granted to Participant.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN AND WILL COMPLY WITH THEM.
